We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dispatch Manager to lead our high-performing dispatch team. In this critical role, you will oversee flight safety and efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the central communication hub between pilots, ground crew, and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead & Inspire: Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  Drive Safety & Performance: Analyze operational data and safety management system trends to enhance flight dispatch efficiency and reliability.
  Optimize Processes: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure SOP compliance and drive process improvements.
•  Leverage the power of analytics to drive execution: Take advantage of actionable insights to assure safety, on time performance and efficiency
  Enhance Communication: Serve as a key liaison across the organization, ensuring seamless coordination between dispatch, pilots, and ground operations.
  Customer Focus: Cultivate a service-oriented mindset within the team, exceeding internal and external client expectations.
  Be Ready for Action: Maintain on-call availability to support real-time operational needs and emergency response.

What You Bring:

•  5+ years of leadership experience in airline operations or dispatch management
• Dispatchers License (or 3+ years of applicable dispatch experience)
• Exceptional communication & organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving & multi-tasking capabilities
• Proven ability to handle sensitive & confidential matters with professionalism
• Experience with aviation scheduling software
• A passion for operational excellence & continuous improvement
