The Lawyer is responsible for the preparation and follow-up of procedures, complaints, warnings, contracts, writings, and responses to the matters assigned to them. In Mexico, the United States, and any other country where required for the legal compliance of Viva’s corporate purpose.
Your Deliverables Will Be
- People Localization: Respond to disappearance alerts within a 2-business-day period.
- Personal Data Management: Ensure compliance with ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) in our Viva databases, removing any personal data in accordance with regulations.
- Sustainability and Environment: Manage situations related to spills at the airport and carbon footprints. Monitor waste disposal points and ensure proper classification and disposal of waste.
- Monitoring Laws and Regulations: Stay informed about national and international laws and regulations that may impact our operations.

- Degree: Law
- Advanced English proficiency
- Up-to-date knowledge of national and international laws and regulations
- Commitment to privacy and responsible information management
- Knowledge of legislation related to ARCO rights, sustainability, and airport regulations.
