Jr Regional Manager International Airports (Central America & Caribbean)

This rol supervise and manage the operation of the airports assigned to the region, acting as a facilitator in the improvement of processes and strategies to archive the established perfomance goals, quality of services and guarantee compliance with the company´s safety and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do:

• Designing the operational strategy and setting regional goals aligned with the strategic objectives of the business.
• Managing and controlling the budget for the region, for planning projects and activities with financial impact on operations.
• Ensuring the achievement of regional objectives and directly supervising the performance of complex and high-volume stations in each region.
• Designing strategies for continuous improvement and industry best practices to streamline processes, expedite decision-making, and gain sustainable competitive advantages over direct competitors (e.g. implementation of technology, process digitalization, talent pipeline, digital dashboards for business KPIs, among others).
• Ensuring the implementation of development plans for each station in order to build a strong succession bench.

What you need:

• Solid experience as an Airport Manager or Junior Regional Airport Manager
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage operational high-performing teams
• Strategic planning expertise
• Proficiency in the following indicators: CX: NPS & Pulso WS / Financial Management: fixed and variable costs / Safety: ADI & SMS
• English and Spanish proficiency
