The position
Viva is currently searching for a Senior Loyalty Product Manager, this position, will lead the lifecycle strategy of the loyalty program, from conception to continuous optimization. Their focus will encompass customer experience (CX), technical and operational feasibility, aiming to drive engagement, retention, and business growth in sectors such as airlines and buses.
They will be responsible for designing and executing a product roadmap, prioritizing data-driven initiatives, coordinating development teams, and ensuring seamless platform integration. They must monitor market trends, analyze user behavior, and manage key vendors and stakeholders.
They will implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize features, usability, and program personalization. This role requires strategic leadership, expertise in CX, an analytical mindset, and technical knowledge to develop effective and scalable loyalty solutions.
Responsibilities
- Defining, prioritizing, and implementing new products, features, or improvements.
- Designing and implementing user experience, graphical interface, and information architecture.
- Analyzing the market, customers, and users to generate insights, close gaps, and identify opportunities.
- Developing business cases, impact assessments, and validating them with key stakeholders.
- Defining key metrics and indicators for product success, making forecasts, and estimations.
- Creating innovative initiatives to contribute to the program’s key performance indicators.

- Product Management: 3+ years
- UX/UI and Product Design: 3+ years
- Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: 3+ years
- Project Management & SCRUM/Agile: 5+ years
- Analytics (Web, Mobile, Product, etc.): 5+ years

- Product Requirements, User Stories, and Use Cases Writing – Mandatory
- Business Analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.) – Mandatory
- Product Management Tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc.) – Mandatory
