interCaribbean Airways is seeking to fill the positions of reservation/ customer service agent at our call center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Position: Reservations/customer service agent
Normal working Base: Santo Domingo
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
Weekly Work Hours: Average 40 hours with occasional extended periods as necessary
Roster Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off, this position supports a 24/7 operation with occasional after-hours required.
Minimum Experience- A minimum 2 years working as customer service agent
General Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Airline or aviation experience.
Call centre or Customer Services experience
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Must be available to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to speak fluent English, Spanish. French is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.
Summary or role- Processing passenger tickets, itineraries, fares for flights. Handling customer complaints regarding ticketing when problem arises. Rebook passengers who miss their flights
