As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a vital role in owning financial projections, tracking growth and profitability for the next seven years and beyond. You will provide financial analysis, strategic guidance, and investment recommendations to support high-impact decisions across the organization.
This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and regulatory frameworks, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. You’ll collaborate closely with the Finance team, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to drive strategic financial performance.
Your Deliverables Will Be:
- Develop and manage strategic project plans aligned with Viva’s 2030 vision
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on impact and capacity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and mitigation plans
- Deliver results that enable business transformation and continuous improvement
Our Ideal Candidate:
- +3 years of experience in project management, ideally in corporate or manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in process improvement, business transformation, and strategic execution
- Educational background in Engineering, PM, or similar (Master’s in PM preferred)
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Advanced English
- Proficient in MS Office; Tableau is a plus
- High sense of urgency, structure, and stakeholder alignment
