As a Compliance Sr. Coordinator, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Viva’s integrity and operational resilience. You will identify, analyze, and assess compliance risks across the organization; design and evaluate the effectiveness of manual and automated controls; and guide our teams toward a strong culture of compliance and accountability.
This position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels across the organization.
General Objective of the Role
Identify, analyze, and evaluate compliance risks across the organization. Advise on the design, documentation, and implementation of compliance controls; conduct design, implementation, and operational-effectiveness testing; and propose improvements to strengthen risk management and ensure adherence to applicable frameworks (ISO 31000, ISO 37002, ISO 37008, and internal control standards).
