We are looking for a Data Governance Jr Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a communicative, adaptable and results-driven individual who understands how lead and manage all data governance activities across the organization, responsible for improving the quality and managing the protection of confidential data and information assets. The role focuses on establishing and ensuring compliance with an enterprise data governance framework for policies, standards, and data practices at both departmental and business/functional area levels, to achieve the required consistency, quality, and protection to meet overall business needs.
Collaborate closely with business and functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of essential data assets, comply with regulatory protection requirements, and support the department’s strategic needs.
Educational requirements:
Experience:
Leading or implementing data governance programs or enterprise data management solutions.
Proven experience with data governance platforms and tools, such as:
Solid understanding of:
Experience conducting maturity assessments, defining data ownership models, and leading training or adoption programs.
