The position

Viva is currently searching for a Ecommerce QA Sr Analyst. This position will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the entire development lifecycle of digital products, helping to define the correct acceptance criteria and ensuring they are met during functionality reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in reviewing acceptance criteria for projects to ensure clarity – Improvement
• Support the design of test cases based on defined acceptance criteria – Follow-up
• Assist in the execution of test cases according to defined scenarios – Improvement
• Ensure well-defined documentation of QA reports delivered for each project – Creation
• Provide support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) – Follow-up
• Follow up on automated testing processes – Follow-up

Experience In

• QA – 4 years
• E-commerce IT – 1 year
• Test Automation – 1 year
• Jira (preferred) – 2 years

Technical Knowledge

• Test Automation – Mandatory
• Agile Framework – Mandatory
• REST API – Mandatory
• Manual Testing – Mandatory
• Test Case Design – Mandator
