Email Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

Our Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing sales by implementing direct mail strategies, promoting products and services, and enhancing the Arajet brand through targeted promotional marketing campaigns and activities aimed at new and existing customers, converting them into paid customers.

Job Context:

• The role is in charge of email, direct mail, social media, and text (SMS) marketing initiatives and runs the day-to-day activities of the direct marketing department to boost conversions, improve customer retention rates, and maximize sales from new and existing customers.
• The jobholder needs to keep abreast of the latest developments in CRM marketing, including data-driven marketing and mobile methods and tactics, by attending relevant user groups, webinars, and conferences, and translating this into relevant initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
• Develop customer insights, track industry activity, and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate threats and opportunities.
• Research, evaluate, segment, and pull list selections for targeted and mass mailings.
• The jobholder needs to be a structured, big-picture thinker who understands key points of leverage on given projects with a focus on delivery by working with and through others to achieve outcomes (strategy, finance, sales, and marketing, etc.).
• The jobholder needs to have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
