The Role:

As Head of Executive Experience & Strategic Events, you will oversee orchestrating memorable, high-level events and travel experiences for our strategic leaders and the CEO’s office. From designing menus to managing logistics for flights and hotels, we’re looking for someone with global standards, exceptional service mindset, and the ability to deliver seamlessly in dynamic, high-demand environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Events Coordinator, Guest Relations, Concierge, or Customer Experience lead in airlines, hospitality, or high-level corporate settings
• Strong background in end-to-end event planning—from pre-planning and agenda setting to on-site execution and service supervision
• Ability to manage vendors throughout the full cycle: quotes, purchase orders, follow-up, and payment
• Knowledge of international hospitality standards (Asian, European) and great judgment in menu design and wine pairing
• Advanced English (spoken and written), strong organization, operational focus, and a sharp sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-level events: agenda development, logistics coordination, on-site supervision, VIP service, and event wrap-up
• Manage vendor relations: pricing, access coordination, POs, and full-cycle payment tracking
• Coordinate executive travel: booking flights, hotel logistics, room inspections, pre-check-ins, and account closures
• Design executive menus, select wine pairings, and meet international service standards
• Handle corporate gifts and oversee national/international shipping
• Administer executive memberships
