As HRBP Coordinator you will champion initiatives that improve HR processes and develop best practices to foster business efficiency. This position is a key advisor to some senior leaders to ensure people initiatives help the business attract, develop, engage, and retain employees. The HRBP anticipates opportunities and proactively defines initiatives that improve Viva’s staff’s business performance. To achieve this, the HRBP coordinator collaborates with the HRBP Staff Director, HR Centers of Expertise (COE), and HR Shared Services to deliver HR programs and support.
Business acumen, people advocacy, understanding of HR, data analytics skills, and good stakeholder management are crucial.
Your Deliverables Will Be
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management.
- Link organizational knowledge to HR strategies.
- Develop talent for leadership roles.
- Serve as a role model of the organizational culture and deliver an excellent employee experience for all.
- Employ effective change management strategies to support business transformation activities.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- In collaboration with the HRBP Director, influence business decision-making to ensure that HR issues and risks are systematically considered at the earliest possible stage.
- Partner closely with the HR COEs and Shared Services to ensure that the appropriate subject matter experts are actively engaged in delivering business outcomes.
