The position
Viva is currently searching for a Loyalty Strategy & Finance Lead. This position define and execute strategic and financial initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational alignment of the loyalty program. This role combines analytical thinking, internal consulting, and the implementation of high-impact solutions in a collaborative and growing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in reviewing acceptance criteria for projects to ensure clarity – Improvement
- Support the design of test cases based on defined acceptance criteria – Follow-up
- Assist in the execution of test cases according to defined scenarios – Improvement
- Ensure well-defined documentation of QA reports delivered for each project – Creation
- Provide support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) – Follow-up
- Follow up on automated testing processes – Follow-up
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic projects that guide the direction of the loyalty program, aligning efforts across areas such as marketing, operations, and commercial.
- Proactively identify business issues, take ownership, and lead end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate and interpret program trends to propose continuous improvements that generate tangible impact on point usage and accumulation.
- Contribute to the mid-term strategic plan by integrating a strong financial perspective into all initiatives.
- Conduct financial analyses on strategic decisions and ensure proposals are profitability-oriented.
- Serve as an internal consultant for various business areas, facilitating alignment and data-driven decision-making.
- Support and mentor junior talent, such as interns (Vistas), promoting their integration into key projects.
- Actively participate in the interview and selection processes for new members of the strategy and finance team.
Desired Profile
- Previous experience in strategic consulting, business intelligence, or analytical roles in loyalty or strategy-related areas.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable presentations.
- Proactive, curious profile with a continuous improvement mindset; goes beyond executing assigned tasks to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Experience managing projects end-to-end: from identifying the problem to executing solutions.
- Ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling, particularly via effective PowerPoint presentations.
Required Tools And Knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (for proposal development and analysis).
- Desirable knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction (not mandatory).
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
