Product Manager

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the vision, goal alignment, and value proposition of the products under your management. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand, define, and prioritize their needs, ensuring that the solutions delivered are aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will be the main driver of communicating the vision, identifying pain points, and ensuring seamless product execution, from planning to final delivery.

You will manage the full lifecycle of each initiative, maintaining detailed control over processes, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring the return on investment (ROI) for each initiative, ensuring that all proposed solutions generate tangible value for the airline.

Your Deliverables Will Be

• Define and communicate the product vision: Establish a clear vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap: Identify, prioritize, and maintain a roadmap that maximizes business value and meets user needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their expectations.
• Enhance and simplify the user experience: Optimize the digital experience by delivering fast, responsive products seamlessly integrated with Viva’s systems, focused on passenger needs.
• Leverage data and research for continuous improvement: Use insights from digital analytics, user surveys, and usability testing to identify improvement areas and continuously refine the product.
• Manage internal and external teams: Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary internal and external teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality products on time and aligned with business goals. Stay up to date with market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements that enhance conversion and user experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in digital project management and web development design.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Proficient in Tableau and Excel.
• Knowledge of Quantum Metrics and Google Analytics.
