In your role, you will:
- Be part of the Transformation team and working in a multidisciplinary environment to achieve our growth goal;
- Create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives;
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the project;
- Prepare and present dashboards and status update to management;
- Support the preparation of business cases with financial and technical data;
- Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes;
- Travel occasionally between Mexico, Canada and USA.
As our ideal candidate:
- You have a university degree or college diploma in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent;
- You have some experience as a project manager in an industrial or corporate environment and aircraft manufacturing experience (an asset);
- You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications in English. French is an asset;
- You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic;
- You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others;
- You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, PowerBI, etc.;
- You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
